Connection to Subcontractors: If a roofing need is identified, we connect the Homeowner with a qualified Subcontractor in their area. Subcontractors are independent third parties and not employees of AI Roofing.
No Guarantee of Service: AI Roofing does not perform roofing work or guarantee that a Subcontractor will provide services. Any agreements for roofing work are solely between the Homeowner and the Subcontractor.

4. User Responsibilities

Homeowners: By engaging with our Services, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and roofing needs. You also agree to receive communications from us or Subcontractors via phone, text, email, or other methods.
Subcontractors: If you are a Subcontractor using our Services, you agree to maintain valid licensing, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the quality of your work and any agreements with Homeowners.

5. Fees and Payments

Homeowners: Our service to connect you with a Subcontractor is free of charge. Any fees for roofing work are determined solely by the Subcontractor and are your responsibility.
Subcontractors: You may be subject to fees for leads or services provided through our platform, as outlined in a separate agreement with AI Roofing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Roofing is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of work performed by Subcontractors.We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by our AI systems or the availability of Subcontractors.To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Roofing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or interactions with Subcontractors.
